SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. SHIPPING ONLY

BigCity USA currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

Orders shipped within the contiguous United States are charged a flat $4.95 standard shipping rate.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $85 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The $85 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after the order ships.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are charged a flat $13.99 shipping rate. The free-shipping offer for orders of $85 or more does not apply to these destinations.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer than delivery within the contiguous United States. Any delivery estimate provided at checkout or by the carrier is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–6 business days after they are placed. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. You will receive tracking information by email when it becomes available.

DELAYS AND ADDRESS INFORMATION

BigCity USA is not responsible for carrier delays or other events outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.
